These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Bingo Victory Clash, including the website, application, and related services provided by MOBILINK TECH LIMITED.

By accessing or using Bingo Victory Clash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies that may apply to specific features or parts of the services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the services.

3. Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the services is lawful in your location. By using the services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. License to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms, MOBILINK TECH LIMITED grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use Bingo Victory Clash for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No ownership rights in the services are transferred to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the services. Without limitation, you may not interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, use bots or automation, reverse engineer the app except to the extent required by law, exploit technical vulnerabilities, impersonate another person, submit false information, engage in abusive or fraudulent conduct, or use the services in a way that could harm the company, users, or service integrity.
6. No Account Registration, No Subscription, and No In-App Purchases
At the effective date of these Terms, Bingo Victory Clash does not require account registration, does not offer subscription services, and does not provide in-app purchases. If these service features are introduced in the future, additional terms or updated Terms may apply.
7. Availability and Changes to the Services
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the services at any time for maintenance, technical, legal, operational, security, or business reasons. We do not guarantee that the services will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to Bingo Victory Clash, including the software, design, gameplay systems, graphics, text, branding, logos, audio, video, and related materials, are owned by MOBILINK TECH LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
9. Third-Party Services
The services may rely on or interact with third-party platforms, technologies, or service providers, including analytics and attribution tools such as Appsflyer. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of third-party providers, and your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MOBILINK TECH LIMITED disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MOBILINK TECH LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOBILINK TECH LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. By continuing to use the services after revised Terms become effective, you agree to the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
